JOINING PROCEDURE :

Freelancer : Administration/ Registration Fees: 2,000/- + 18% GST ( to be paid along with the Form Submission and required documentation submission )

  1. Upon receipt of form , documents, payment – we need 2 working days for generating login id and other details
  2. Once u receive the login details, inform us training schedule
    a. If you want to have in office – 2 days , each day about 4 hours ( except Sunday)
    b. If you wish to take online, it will be done over phone and team viewer
  3. Once Training completed, JD and other details will be given to you. You can start working on the requirement
  4. Activity Completed from 1st day of the month to last day of the month, will be paid next month 1 to 7 date .
  5. Any amount is being paid to you will be after deduction of 5% TDS and you will be getting TDS Certificate

JOINING PROCEDURE :

  • Fixed Payout by Photon of amount of 6.45L / pa + Profits to start with

CANDIDATE ENGAGEMENT & PROMOTION OF COMPANY

Company will provide you various domain / segment of Industry, we have to be in touch with candidate irrespective of immediate openings are there or not. This practice helps us to create a Pool of candidate with known face.

Linked-in:

  • Company will provide linked-in account; you have to send invitation to candidate. Monthly minimum 1000 contacts to be added. (It’s a regular activity).
  • Whenever company announce any information, that information should go to all your contacts through linked in mail feature (case to case basis)
  • Post update / article as per business requirement…

Facebook Marketing:
Ask your candidate to follow our Facebook page. Minimum 10 candidate in a month should be added in the followers list .
Add new updates / topic related to HR Business – Monthly 2 minimum with gap of minimum 7 days.

Twitter Marketing:
Ask your candidate to follow our twitter page. Minimum 10 candidates in a month should be added in the followers list
Add new updates / topic related to HR Business – Monthly 2 minimum with gap of 7 days

Promotion Of Company Websites:
Photon Group & its division’s websites to be promoted in digital media to get the business highlighted in Internet. Adequate training will be provided to do the activity.

We might add multiple other professional / social media in future to improve more engagement of people to develop business.

COMMUNICATION & FOLLOW-UP WITH CANDIDATE

E-Mails: Whenever position opening comes, send mail to candidate
Calls / Follow-up: Check profile in the job portal and speak to candidate on the opening and if interested – send them the job description by mail. Again speak to them with gap of 1 day, whether they have received and read the same. Discuss in detail about the opening and convince them for joining interview. You have to again call and remind them for attending the interview starting from 1 day before the interview date as well on the day of interview.

In nutshell do continuous follow-up , Starting from information provided for the opening to joining in the interview and follow-up further till person is signing the agreement with Company

SMS: Send sms for reminder / invitation / information etc

What’s-app / Messenger: Send message for reminder / invitation / information etc

Above procedures are not limited but to extend with multiple other resources to stay connected with candidate. Time to time company will provide guidance for adding up new practices to improve.

EXCEL FILE WITH REFINED CANDIDATE DETAILS – INTERVIEW LIST

In this section, we will pull screened candidate as per the domain and city they are belongs from . Let us see how we do this

  • We decide the position opening and the key word / skill set to find out the candidate
  • We may use multiple Job Portal and other resources to get the candidate details.
  • After going to the CV, we talk to the candidate and understand their choice of job and Accordingly we insert their details into our excel file when they say they are interested for interview.
  • We use all the techniques advised in “ COMMUNICATION & FOLLOW-UP WITH CANDIDATE “, and update them into the excel file.
  • We submit the file at 1 day before the Interview to management.

After Interview, management – put their remarks in the file & we start further activity as per the remarks given by management…
